Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, and about 80% leave our warehouse within 24 hours of purchase. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-12 business days depending on your destination.
Gongs are handcrafted to order. Crafting takes 7-13 business days, and once your gong ships, delivery takes another 2-12 business days.
Yes. The first carrier scan can take a few days after your label is created, and international packages often go several days between scans while they fly and clear customs. If nothing has changed for 7 days, contact Healing Sounds Customer Care and we'll check it for you.
Larger orders sometimes ship in more than one package, and each package gets its own tracking number. This page shows all of them: use the Package buttons at the top of your results to switch between them.
Carriers usually try again on the next business day. If a notice was left, it shows how to schedule a redelivery or pick up your package. If your address needs a correction (apartment or unit number, gate code), contact Healing Sounds Customer Care and we'll pass it on to the carrier right away.
Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage or any safe spot) and with anyone in your household or your neighbors. Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered slightly before it arrives, so give it 24-48 hours. If it still hasn't turned up, contact Healing Sounds Customer Care and we'll help track it down.
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the correct address and we'll update it.
Your package travels with our international logistics partner, then a local carrier (such as USPS) handles the final delivery. Every scan from both appears in your shipment updates.
